1. What is a Business Industry Code?

2. Regulations on Industry Code 0210 for Forestry, forest care, and forest plant nursery activities

This group includes activities aimed at developing, maintaining, and preserving the biodiversity of various forest types; including concentrated forest planting, natural regeneration combined with forest planting, caring for newly planted forests that do not yet meet forest standards, pruning trees, clearing vegetation, etc. These activities are carried out in production forests, protection forests, and special-use forests. This group also includes specialized activities for forest plant nurseries; planting scattered forest trees for commercial purposes in areas that do not yet meet forest standards.

This group includes:

– Planting and caring for forests for the purpose of timber for construction (houses, formwork, etc.), making household furniture, mine props, railway sleepers, raw materials for paper, plywood, etc.

– Natural regeneration of forests.

02102: Planting and caring for bamboo forests

This group includes: Planting and caring for bamboo, neohouzeaua, luong, vau forests for construction purposes, raw materials for weaving household items and handicrafts, raw materials for paper, making bamboo, neohouzeaua, luong, vau panels, planting for bamboo shoots.

02103: Other forestry and forest care activities

This group includes: Other forestry and forest care activities not mentioned above.

Specifically:

– Mixed forests (timber – bamboo or bamboo – timber)

– Coconut forests.

– Planting shade trees, firewood trees, specialty trees (chestnuts, resin-yielding pines, etc.);

– Planting protection forests: Headwater protection, soil protection, water source protection, ecological environment protection, windbreaks, sandbreaks, coastal wavebreaks, etc.

– Planting special-use forests: Used for scientific research, experiments, nature conservation and biodiversity, national forest parks, protection of historical and cultural relics, scenic spots, etc.

02104: Forest plant nursery activities

This group includes: Nurseries for various types of forest tree seedlings for concentrated forest planting and scattered forest tree planting for production, protection, special-use purposes, etc.

3. Suggested way to record Industry Code 0210 for Forestry, forest care, and forest plant nursery activities
