1. When are amendments to the enterprise registration content required?
1.1. Registration of Amendments to the Enterprise Registration Certificate
The enterprise must register with the Business Registration Authority when amending the following contents of the Enterprise Registration Certificate:
– Enterprise name and enterprise code;
– Enterprise’s head office address;
– Full name, contact address, nationality, number of legal papers of the individual for the legal representative of a limited liability company and a joint stock company; for the general partner of a partnership; for the owner of a private enterprise. Full name, contact address, nationality, number of legal papers of the individual for a capital-contributing individual member; name, enterprise code, and head office address of an organizational member for a limited liability company;
– Charter capital (increase or decrease) for companies, investment capital for private enterprises.
Note: The enterprise is responsible for registering the amendments to the Enterprise Registration Certificate within 10 days from the date of change.
1.2. Notification of Amendments to Enterprise Registration Content
The enterprise must notify the Business Registration Authority when amending one of the following contents:
– Business lines/sectors;
– Founding shareholders and foreign investor shareholders of a joint stock company, except for listed companies;
– Other contents in the enterprise registration dossier.
Note: The enterprise is responsible for notifying the amendments to the enterprise registration content within 10 days from the date of change.
