1. What is a business industry code?

Business industry codes are a series of numbers coded to represent a specific business industry. Organizations and individuals, when preparing business registration documents, must use this business industry code table for registration. A 4-digit industry code (level 4) is used for business registration.

– Storage and distribution or supply of natural gas to users through the main pipeline system by producers are classified under group 352 (Manufacture of gas; distribution of gaseous fuels through mains);

– Intermediation services for the transportation of gaseous fuels are classified under group 52310 (Intermediation services for freight transport).
