1. What is a Business Industry Code?

A business industry code is a series of numbers encoded to represent a specific business industry. 2. Regulations on Industry Code 1311 Manufacture of yarn

This group includes:

– Preparation of textile fibers: spinning and weaving yarn; scouring and carbonizing wool, dyeing wool fleece; carding animal hair, plant fibers and regenerated or synthetic fibers;

– Spinning and manufacturing yarn for weaving or sewing for sale or further processing;

– Separating flax fibers from the inner woody part of the flax stem;

– Manufacture of synthetic or artificial fibers, manufacture of monofilament (including high-tenacity yarn and carpet yarn) from synthetic or artificial fibers is classified under group 20300 (Manufacture of man-made fibres);

– Manufacture of glass fibers is classified under group 23103 (Manufacture of glass and glass products).
