Business industry code is a series of numbers encoded to represent a specific business industry. 2. Regulations on Industry Code 0119 Other Annual Crop Cultivation

01191: Cultivation of annual spice crops

This group includes: Cultivation of annual crops primarily used as spices, such as chili peppers, ginger, turmeric, etc.

Excludes: Cultivation of perennial spice crops, which are classified under group 01281 (Cultivation of perennial spice crops).

01192: Cultivation of annual medicinal and aromatic crops

This group includes: Cultivation of crops for medicinal purposes and production of aromatic substances for the pharmaceutical industry or for medicinal use without processing (traditional Vietnamese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine) such as: Artichoke, mugwort, mint, cà gai leo (Solanum procumbens), xạ đen (Celastrus hindsii), and production of aromatic substances.

01199: Other remaining annual crop cultivation

This group includes: Annual agricultural crop cultivation activities not yet classified under groups 0111 to 0119. Includes: Activities such as cultivating fodder crops (e.g., corn for silage), growing grass, maintaining natural pastures; cultivating green manure crops (e.g., Sesbania); cultivating lotus for seeds, etc.

3. Suggested way to record Industry Code 0119 Other Annual Crop Cultivation

– When registering for business establishment, when notifying changes to business lines, or when requesting a change to the Enterprise Registration Certificate, the enterprise founder or enterprise selects the four-digit economic industry code in the Vietnam Standard Industrial Classification to record the business lines in the enterprise registration dossier.
