1.1. Registration of Changes to the Enterprise Registration Certificate

An enterprise must register with the Business Registration Authority when changing the content of its Enterprise Registration Certificate, including:

• The address of the enterprise’s head office.
• Full name, contact address, nationality, and legal paper number of the individual serving as the legal representative of a limited liability company or joint-stock company; of a general partner of a partnership; or of the owner of a private enterprise. Full name, contact address, nationality, and legal paper number of the individual member; or the name, enterprise code, and head office address of the organizational member of a limited liability company.
• Charter capital (capital increase, capital reduction) for a company, or investment capital for a private enterprise.

Note: The enterprise is responsible for registering the change in the content of the Enterprise Registration Certificate within 10 days from the date of the change.

1.2. Notification of Changes to Enterprise Registration Details

An enterprise must notify the Business Registration Authority when changing one of the following details:

• Business lines.
• Founding shareholders and shareholders who are foreign investors in a joint-stock company, except for a listed company.
• Other details in the enterprise registration dossier.

Note: The enterprise is responsible for notifying the change in enterprise registration details within 10 days from the date of the change.
