Inheritance according to law is inheritance according to the line of inheritance, the conditions and order of inheritance are prescribed by law.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 650 of the 2015 Civil Code , inheritance by law also applies to the following parts of inheritance:

The law also clearly stipulates cases of inheritance according to law. Accordingly, inheritance by law is applied in the following cases:

– There is no will;

– The will is not legal;
