Decree No. 104/2011/ND-CP dated November 16, 2011 of the Government on the sanctioning of administrative violations in petrol and oil trading
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government; Pursuant to the June 14, 2005 Commercial Law;
Pursuant to the July 2, 2002 Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations; and the April 2, 2008 Ordinance Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations; At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,
Article 1. Scope of regulation
1. This Decree specifies administrative violations, sanctioning forms and levels, remedial measures, competence and procedures for sanctioning administrative violations in petrol and oil trading.
2. Administrative violations in petrol and oil trading are acts intentionally or unintentionally committed by individuals and organizations in violation of regulations on state management of petrol and oil trading, which do not constitute crimes and shall be administratively sanctioned under this Decree. 3. Other administrative violations in petrol and oil trading which are not specified in this Decree shall be handled under regulations on sanctioning of administrative violations in relevant fields.
