to the Article 80 of the Law on Mineral taking effect on July 01, 2011.  At the proposal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade  (Official Dispatch  No. 3106/BCT-ATMT  dated  April 08, 23011),  opinions  of Ministry of Construction  (Official Dispatch No.  748/BXD-HDXD dated May  17,  2011),  the  Ministry  of  Natural  Resources  and  Environment (Official Dispatch No.  1813/BTNMT-DCKS dated May  25,  20121) on labor security on exploring mineral resources for construction materials, the Prime Minister, Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung has requirements as follows: 1.  The  Ministry  of  Natural  Resources  and  Environment  takes  prime responsibility and cooperates with the Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Provincial/Municipal  People’s  Committees  to  investigate  all  mineral exploration  activities  for  construction  materials  on  over  the  country, especially  problems  relating  to  labor  security  in  mineral  exploration; suggest solutions to the Prime Minister.

2. This content shall replace sub-clause  2 of the Official Dispatch No. 2066/VPCP-KTN dated April 05, 2011 of the Government Office. The  Office  Government  informs  relevant  agencies  for  knowledge  and implementation./.
