 This is the requirement under the Circular No. 02/2013/TT-NHNN dated January 21, 2013 of the State Bank of Vietnam providing on classification of assets, levels and method of setting up of risk provisions, and use of provisions against credit risks in the banking activity of credit institutions, foreign banks’ branches.

 On January 28, 2013, the State Bank of Vietnam issued the Circular No. 03/2013/TT-NHNN providing on credit information activity of the State bank of Vietnam. One of the significant contents is regulation on the establishment of database of national credit information.

 On January 18, 2013, the Ministry of Finance issued the Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BTC guiding the mechanism of management and use of fund for support of arrangement of enterprises at the parent company in the economic group, State Corporation, parent company in the parent company– subsidiaries conglomerate. Of which, one of the notable content is regulation on expense for support to settle policy of redundant employees.

 On February 08, 2013, the Ministry of Finance issued the Circular No. 16/2013/TT-BTC guiding implementation of the extension of time limits, reduction of a number of state budget revenues according to the Government’s Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP, of January 07, 2013 on a number of solutions to remove difficulties for business production, market support, settlement of bad debts.

 This is regulated under the Circular No. 12/2013/TT-BTC dated January 21, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance on amending preferential import tax rates applicable to item of non-alloy steel wire of code 7217.10.39 in the preferential import tariff under the List of taxable items in the Annex II promulgated together with the Circular No. 193/2012/TT-BTC, of November 15, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on promulgating the Export Tariff, Preferential Import Tariff in according to the list of taxable items.

 On December 28, 2012, the Ministry of Education and Training issued the Circular No. 62/2012/TT-BGDDT promulgating the Regulation on the process and frequency of education quality assessment of universities, colleges, and vocational high schools.

 On January 09, 2013, the Government issued the Decree No. 06/2013/ND-CP on the security staff at organizations and enterprises. Of which, one of the most notable points is the regimes and policies applicable to the security staff at state organizations, state enterprises, and political organizations.

 On January 10, 2013, the Government issued the Resolution No. 08/2013/ND-CP on the administrative penalties for producing and trading counterfeit goods.

 This content is regulated under the Circular No. 02/2013/TT-BTC dated January 08, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Circular No. 27/2010/TT-BTC, of February 26, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance prescribing the collection rates, remittance, management and use of charges in securities activities to be applied at the stock exchanges and the Vietnam securities depository center.

 On December 26, 2012, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Circular No.65/2012/TT-BNNPTNT regulating order and procedures for granting certificate of plant quarantine.

 This is one the contents regulated under the Circular No. 41/2012/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and trade dated December 24, 2012 on the export of minerals.

 On December 05, 2012, the Government issued the Decree No. 104/2012/ND-CP on the foreign naval ships making visits to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
