On April 11, 2013, the Prime Minister issues the Decision 582/QD-TTg dated April 11, 2013 of the Prime Minister approving the project on improving the environmental pollution control for the use of non-biodegradable plastic bags by 2020.

 To update new points which are amended and supplemented at the Decree No. 89/2012/ND-CP dated October 24, 2012, the Ministry of Health issued the Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BYT dated March 29, 2013 amending and supplementing the number of Articles of the Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BYT dated January 24, 2007 of the Ministry of Health guiding in detail the implementation of a number of articles on drug-dealing conditions prescribed by the Pharmacy Law and the Government’s Decree No. 79/2006/ND-CP dated August 9, 2006, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Pharmacy Law.

 On April 08, 2013, the Ministry of Health issued the Circular No. 11/2013/TT-BYT guiding the appointment for conformity certification organization for packed and processed foods; addictives; processing support addictives; packaging materials and equipments for having direct contact with foods.

 This is the contents of the Resolution No. 35/NQ-CP issued by the Government on March 18, 2013 on some urgent problems in environment protection.

 This is the objective stated under the Decision No. 321/QD-TTg dated February 18, 2013 of the Government on approving the National Action Program for tourism 2013 – 2020.

 On January 21, 2013, the Ministry of Health issued the Circular No. 04/2013/TT-BYT guiding the approval and application of the prices of medical examination and treatment service to medical examination and treatment establishments managed by other ministries, branches.

 This is the objective stated under the Decision No. 321/QD-TTg dated February 18, 2013 of the Government on approving the National Action Program for tourism 2013 – 2020.

 On January 30, 2013, the Ministry of Public Security promulgates the Circular No. 07/2013/TT-BCA  amending and supplementing a number of points in the Circular No. 27/2007/TT-BCA, of November 29, 2007 of the Ministry of Public Security guiding the issuance, amendment and supplementation of ordinary passports granted in the country and the Circular No. 10/2006/TT-BCA, of September 18, 2006, of the Ministry of Public Security guiding implementation of the Regulation on issuance and management of the APEC business travel cards.

 On January 14, 2013, the Government issued the Decree No. 11/2013/ND-CP on the investment management of urban development. Of which, one of the notable contents is regulation on authority Authority to approve investment for project of new urban center construction investment. 

 This is also the requirement of the Government for construction contractors and suppliers of material used in construction works under the Decree No. 15/2013/ND-CP dated February 06, 2013 on the quality management of construction works.
